Our policy lasts 21 days. You have 21 days from the date the package arrives to contact us and request an exchange/refund if needed. Once a return is requested and approved, all packages must be shipped within 7 days or the request will be voided.
All products that are defective, delivered 3+ days late, or different to the size/colour ordered due to our error are eligible for a refund instead of exchange if preferred.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other “From” address on the package- we must approve the return first, and you will need to send us an email to request the correct return address based on your location.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. Give us the most reasonable reason to refund and ship this order to our address, you may pay all costs
2. We will refund only 70% of your order because we’ve been charge 15% transaction fee and you’ll be charged for 15% cancellation fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Due to hot-sale season, maybe the orders delay a few day, but we will support all expenses of shipping fee as a sincere apology for this inconvenience and try our best to deliver it ASAP
